What you actually receive.

Open a card for details. Coverage and optional items depend on the collection you choose.

Coverage8–10 hours1–2 cinematographers2–4 cameras

Multiple cameras cover the ceremony and speeches from more than one angle.

Highlight Film2–4 minutesThe cinematic version—closer to a trailer or teaser than a traditional documentary.

Music-driven pacing, strong visual moments, and slow motion where it fits. Vows, speeches, and natural sound can be layered into the horizontal master; vertical social versions are available when included in the collection.

Documentary Film15–35 minutesA longer, slower edit with more of the actual wedding day.

More vows, speeches, natural sound, people, and context. Important parts of the day get more time instead of being cut into a short cinematic sequence.

Professional AudioSeparate audio for vows, speeches, and toasts.

We use wireless microphones for key speakers and record the DJ or sound-board feed when the setup allows it. Additional recorders are used as backup sources when appropriate.

Drone CoverageAerial footage when conditions allow.

Drone coverage depends on weather, venue rules, airspace restrictions, and safe operating conditions.

RAW FootageThe original usable footage from your wedding day.

All usable RAW footage is delivered unedited, including material that may not appear in the finished films.

Sneak PeekWithin 2 weeksIncluded with every collection

Every MYNDFUL collection includes a complimentary Sneak Peek delivered within two weeks of the wedding.

Online DeliveryYour own private online wedding gallery.

Your finished films are delivered through a personalized online gallery that works like your own wedding-film website. Watch, share, and revisit everything from a phone, tablet, computer, or TV.

How we actually film a wedding

We don’t direct the wedding. We direct when it helps.

Most of the day is documentary coverage. During portraits or other controlled parts of the schedule, we give simple direction when it makes the shot better.

Documentary CoverageMost of the wedding day, we observe.

We work quietly in the background and look for candid moments instead of constantly staging them. You should be able to enjoy the wedding, spend time with your guests, and forget about the cameras for a while. During portraits, we step in with direction when it helps.

Editorial DirectionDuring portraits, we step in when direction helps.

During the photo and portrait portions of the day, we work alongside the photographer and help with simple posing, movement, and positioning when it makes the shot better. The goal is polished imagery without making the session feel stiff or overproduced.

Film CraftThe story takes shape in the edit.

The cinematic side uses polished color, music-driven pacing, and slow motion to feel closer to a movie trailer. Documentary edits move more slowly and leave more room for vows, speeches, natural sound, and context. Vertical social versions are available when included in the collection. You can also send us the music you want us to work around.

Professional audio

Good audio isn’t optional.

A beautiful shot doesn’t help much if you can’t hear the vows. We use separate microphones and recorders where the setup allows, then use those recordings in the edit.

Wireless MicrophonesMicrophones close to the people speaking.

We place discreet wireless microphones on key participants during the ceremony when the setup allows it.

Recorder / DJ FeedA separate feed for speeches and toasts.

When possible, we connect a professional recorder to the DJ’s sound system. The feed we can capture depends on the venue and audio setup.

Additional Recorder SourcesExtra recorders when the setup allows.

Backup sources reduce the risk of relying on one microphone or sound-board feed. Live events still come with variables we cannot control.

Vows in the EditThe recordings are used in the finished films.

We select useful parts of the vows, speeches, and natural sound and mix them into the documentary film and highlight.
